But when it comes to implementing these visions, God&#8217;s favour is critical. This favour doesn\u2019t just safeguard us but also opens doors for further growth and success.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Genesis 39:4, Joseph experienced this firsthand.<\/span><br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnd Joseph found grace in his [Potiphar\u2019s] sight and served him, and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had, he put into his hand.\u201d Genesis 39:4<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When God\u2019s favour rests upon us, people recognize our abilities, creating opportunities for our talents and skills to shine.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>God\u2019s Favour Shapes Our Journey<\/h3>\n<p>In Exodus 3:21, God promises His people,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not go empty-handed.\u201d Exodus 3:21<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>God\u2019s favour was instrumental in ensuring that the Israelites left Egypt abundantly blessed. Similarly, God\u2019s favour brings people and resources into our lives to propel us toward our God-given purpose.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How to Receive God\u2019s Favour<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Pray for Favour<\/b><br \/>\nEven Jesus, during His earthly ministry, grew in \u201cwisdom and stature, and in favour with God and men\u201d (Luke 2:52). Jesus consciously prayed for God\u2019s favour as He walked in His purpose. We, too, must consistently seek God\u2019s favour through prayer.<\/li>\n<li><b>Practice Generosity<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acts of generosity are memorials before God. In Acts 10:4, Cornelius\u2019s prayers and alms \u201ccame up for a memorial before God.\u201d Proverbs 11:24-25 also highlights that \u201cA generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.\u201d When we act generously, God remembers our kindness and can grant us favour with others.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Maintaining Favour with Others<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s essential to cherish and maintain favour, especially with those who have supported us. Even when conflicts arise, strive to speak well of those who have shown you kindness. Seek peace, avoid strife, and remember Proverbs 3:3-4, \u201cLet love and faithfulness never leave you\u2026 Then you will win favour and a good name in the sight of God and man.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><b>Conclusion<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>God\u2019s favour is a gift, guiding and protecting us in our purpose. As we trust in Him and live generously, He surrounds us with opportunities and people to help us thrive.
